hotelsaweragrand.com charges a service fee on all domestic airline bookings. In case of cancellation of booking, this fee is non-refundable.
Incase of FRAUD detection/ notification from the bank, we will contact the customer thorugh mail or phone. If the customer doesnt give a suitable response, the tickets will be immediately cancelled and amount will be forfeited. No customer can claim this amount incase of non responsiveness.
If you have an account with bank mentioned below, then you can pay for your order through respective bank’s net banking options and the amount will be automatically debited from your account. “www.WTFares.com” processes the payments through an online gateway system which enables safe and secure transaction. Bank is not responsible for any inconvenience caused or non receipt of the tickets or passengers not allowed on the basis of E-tickets.
Pay at hotel reception (“Post Pay”)
With some of our partner hotels hotelsaweragrand.com has negotiated a special facility where hotelsaweragrand.com customers can pay the hotel directly at the reception at the time of check-in at the hotel.
You should not take any action based on information on the Website until you have received a confirmation of your transaction. In case of confirmations to be received by email, if you do not receive a confirmation of your purchase/transaction within the stipulated time period, first look into your “spam” or “junk” folder to verify that it has not been misdirected, and if still not found, please contact our call centre.

Electronic Tickets (“e-Tickets”)
What is an e-Ticket?
An e-Ticket is a paperless electronic document with a unique confirmation number given to passengers in place of a paper ticket. Passengers are required to produce the unique confirmation number at the airport airline counter to claim the e-Ticket.
How will I get my e-Ticket details?
Your e-Ticket details will be sent to your email address provided by you at the time of making the payment for your booking. In case you do not have an email address, the details will be given to you over the phone.

All GDS carrier (Air India, Indian Airlines, Jet Airways, and JetLite) will be dispatched to the delivery address provided at the time of booking within 3 business days of making the booking. hotelsaweragrand.com shall not be held responsible if customer is not available at the time of delivery.
Is it necessary to show my hotelsaweragrand.com Reference Number Confirmation email at the airport check-in counter of the airline?
It is not mandatory to show your hotelsaweragrand.com Reference Number Confirmation email. In case you are not carrying the hotelsaweragrand.com Reference Number Confirmation email, you will need to show a photographic identity proof (passport, driver’s license etc.) at the airport check-in counter of the airline. However, it is advisable that you carry your hotelsaweragrand.com Reference Number Confirmation email and e-Ticket together.
Is it necessary to carry my e-ticket with me?
Yes, it is mandatory for you to carry a copy of your e-ticket as sent by hotelsaweragrand.com (VSAR TECHNOLOGIES). In the event that you fail to present a copy of your e-ticket, hotelsaweragrand.com will not be held responsible if the Airline does not issue a boarding pass/ disallows you from travelling.
How will I get my boarding pass for an e-Ticket?
You will need to show your e-Ticket confirmation email and e-Ticket number along with a photographic identity proof (passport, driver’s license etc.) at the airport check-in counter of the airline. The airline representative will issue your boarding pass at that time.
What is the lead time to book airtickets?
Customers should book their tickets atleast 06 hours prior to departure.
Prepaid Ticket Advice (“PTA”)
A PTA is a Prepaid Ticket Advice. We will give you a PTA number that you need to present at the airport check-in counter of the airline. The airline representative will print and give you your ticket at that time.
Amendment and Cancellation policy
You can cancel domestic flight bookings online. Log in to My Bookings, select the relevant booking and click the Cancel button. For online cancellation, hotelsaweragrand.com will charge Rs. 250 per person per sector as standard cancellation charges.
To amend/cancel your ticket offline, contact hotelsaweragrand.com Customer Care at 07104236444. For international flight bookings, call 07104236444. For all offline cancellation of domestic flights a standard charge of Rs. 250 per person per sector , over and above the airline’s own cancellation charge will apply. While for international flight bookings a standard fee of Rs 1000-1800 per person would be charged, over and above the airline’s own cancellation charge.
For rescheduling of domestic flights, hotelsaweragrand.com will charge Rs. 250 per person per sector as standard rescheduling charges.
For No-Show of domestic flights, hotelsaweragrand.com will charge Rs. 250 per person per sector as standard No-Show charges
Please refer to airline specific amendment and cancellation policy while using hotelsaweragrand.com Services. You may be required to directly contact the nearest airline office (of the concerned airline) to get your reservation cancelled.
How do I get a refund after canceling my ticket?
After cancelling your booking, you will need to send us the paper ticket to the following address:

On receiving the ticket, the refund shall be processed within 30 days from the date of receipt.
In case of e-Tickets and PTA, the refund shall be processed within 15 – 20 working days from the date of the cancellation request being made. If we have received the payment through a valid credit card, then the same will be refunded to your credit card. Payments made using any other form of payment will be refunded by cheque within a maximum of 30 days from date of receipt of ticket. All refunds shall be processed subject to processing of refunds by the respective airline/service provider.
NO-SHOW & AFTER DEPARTURE refunds are not prcossed by hotelsaweragrand.com on international flights, i.e leaving from Indian territory.
What are the cancellation/amendment charges?
Cancellation and/or amendment of airline tickets shall at all times be subject to fees/charges/levies/payments as may be levied/payable to the relevant airline/carrier in accordance with such relevant airline/carrier cancellation/refund policy. Prior to booking tickets, you must acquaint yourself with the relevant airline/carrier cancellation/refund policy with respect to the ticket to be booked by you. Any cancellation/amendment fees/charges/levies/payments levied by/payable to the relevant airline shall be to your account.
Except to the extent stated in the individual airline/carrier terms and conditions or otherwise applicable to specific tickets booked/issued, cancellation fee are payable as follows.

The customer must read individual airline specific terms and conditions in order to find out if the ticket proposed to be booked/purchased is subject to any additional cancellation fee or charge and hotelsaweragrand.com assumes no liability whatsoever in this regard.
Note: Unless expressly stated otherwise, it is mandatory to contact hotelsaweragrand.com for refunds and the airline will route the refund for your tickets booked on the Website, through hotelsaweragrand.com.
The above mentioned cancellation process and refund processing time may vary. In case of lost or damaged tickets, the refund process cannot be initiated with the airline. Refund would be through cheque or demand draft.
In case you avail of the Website’s hotel reservation service and are, thereafter, not contactable on the contact details provided in this regard, then the hotel reservation selected by you will stand cancelled and hotelsaweragrand.com would not be liable for any charges/expenses incurred by you, either directly or indirectly in this regard.
Passport details are mandatory for e – ticket issuance to Europe, USA and Canada. A few airlines flying to these countries also require passport details for issuing the e-ticket. Refer below to check the list of such airlines:
